    On road trips to my Grandparents, we always stopped at this Friendly's off exit 69 into Johnson City. Of all the chain restaurants, this is my favorite.

    I always ordered their burgers which were quite good. Burger was large and juicy with nice hot fries.

    Ice Cream is top-notch. Love a hot fudge sundae in the summertime.

    People in this area are very friendly and laid back. So was the service.

    If you look outside of the restaurant, there is an awesome view of the mountains which is quite nice.

    I am a fan Of Friendly's. Its one of the few chains that is consistently good

    In my neighborhood there are very few friendly's restaurants around anymore. I was very excited to see one that was still up and running. However it wasn't what I expected from my childhood memories. This place is a bit run down and not the cleanest one would imagine. We got ice cream to share and some water to dine in. The water was atrocious, please get some filtered water at this establishment. Given all that, the ice cream selection was good and I would imagine that it is decent to take out. These restaurants were absolutely excellent when I was growing up but the corporation is just not the same. This place absolutely needs to be cleaner and more sanitary. I wasn't so concerned about the ice cream but when I saw the actual condition of the restaurant, it made me not want to order any other food.

    Walked in, was seated and walked out...the place is filthy and run down!  It is in desperate need of cleaning and remodeling!

    The service and cooks out back are ridiculous. Between messing your order up and not getting everything you ask for. Second time I've ordered the same thing and have been missing half of my Order!!! Will not be returning.

    Heather the waitress was delightful!
    Scrambled Eggs are some type of powder formula.....not good! I couldn't even call them eggs.
    Brioche French toast was excellent!
